ZION, Ill. — Donald H. Leppen slept away peacefully on Thursday, November 29, 2007. He was born on April 15, 1949 at Great Lakes Naval Base in Illinois. He was the loving son of Vienna “Vi” and Arthur “Lee” Leppen of Waukegan, Ill.
