Marshall family shows what food and love can do for abused pets (The Marshall Democrat-News)
Recently, Marshall Mayor Connie Latimer announced that Marshall’s animal shelter opted to waive the fee for dropping off an animal. This was in hopes that people who could no longer afford to care for their pets would take them to the shelter instead of letting them starve.
